This guide explains the most important sections of the client panel in Quality Hosting and how to use them step-by-step—starting from the home page, moving through services, domains, billing, and technical support, all the way to additional tools like the affiliate system, Whois Domain tool, and SSL Checker tool.

If you haven’t logged in yet, you can refer to the article “How to Log In to the Client Panel.” If you want to order a new hosting service in detail, you can refer to the article “How to Order a New Hosting Service.”

Step 1: Getting Familiar with the Client Area Dashboard

After logging in, My Dashboard appears. This is the main page that gives you a quick overview of your account and services. From this page, you can monitor your account status and quickly navigate to core sections.

  • Support Pin: Your account’s unique support number. A new number can be generated whenever needed using the Generate New Pin button.

  • Services: Displays the number of services or hosting plans linked to your account.

  • Domains: Displays the number of domains registered under your account.

  • Unpaid Invoices: Displays the number of unpaid invoices.

  • Tickets: Displays the number of active support tickets.

  • Your Active Products/Services: Shows your active services, or displays the Order New Services option if you don’t have any active services yet.

From the home page, you can review account counters, the active services box, and the Order New Services option.

Step 2: Using the “My Services” Section

From the side menu, click My Services to view available service categories. This section allows you to access your current services or initiate a new service request under the appropriate category.

  • My Products & Services: View all your current services and track their status.

  • Linux Shared Hosting / Windows Shared Hosting / WordPress Hosting / Reseller Hosting: Choose the appropriate shared hosting type.

  • VPS Linux / VPS Windows / Cloud Server / Dedicated Server / AI Server / Storage Server / Trader Server: Order advanced server solutions.

  • Google Workspace / Official Licenses / SSL Certificate: Access additional products and add-on services.

Important Notice: When selecting a specific service from the My Services section, first choose the appropriate category, then select the desired plan from within that category. After that, complete the remaining steps—such as billing cycle, domain settings, server location, and payment method—exactly as explained previously in the article “How to Order a New Hosting Service.”

If you want to manage an already active service, go to My Products & Services and open the required service to review its details and manage it.

My Services

The My Services menu displays various service types, allowing you to pick a category, select the appropriate package, and follow the ordering process.

Step 3: Managing Domains via “My Domains”

The My Domains section gives you access to all domain-related tools. Here you can view your domains, renew them, register a new domain, or transfer an existing domain to Quality Hosting.

  • My Domains: Displays domains registered in your account.

  • Domain Renewals: Review and renew eligible domains.

  • Register a New Domain: Register a brand new domain name.

  • Transfer Domains to Us: Transfer a domain name from another provider to Quality Hosting.

  • Domain Pricing: Review pricing for domain registration, renewal, and transfers

My Services

The My Domains section consolidates all domain management options in one place.

Step 4: Reviewing Invoices and Payments via “My Invoices”

From the My Invoices section, you can keep track of invoices, quotes, and payment methods, as well as make mass payments or add funds to your account balance when available.

  • Invoices: View all invoices and check their payment status.

  • My Quotes: Review price quotes or estimates, if applicable.

  • Mass Payment: Pay multiple pending invoices at once when needed.

  • Payment Methods: Manage available payment methods stored in your account.

  • Add Funds: Deposit funds into your account balance for future payments.

If you find an unpaid invoice, open it directly and complete the payment using your preferred method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer) based on the options available in your account.

My invoices

From My Invoices, you can manage invoices, quotes, payment methods, and account deposits.

Step 5: Opening and Tracking Support Tickets via “Support Tickets”

If you need technical assistance or have inquiries regarding your account or services, head to the Support Tickets section. From here, you can review previous tickets or submit a new one.

  • Tickets: View current and past support tickets.

  • Knowledgebase: Access tutorials, guides, and articles.

  • Network Status: Monitor network stability and announced maintenance schedules.

  • Open Ticket: Submit a new technical support ticket.

When opening a new ticket, write a clear subject title describing the issue, add a concise yet detailed explanation, and attach screenshots or helpful logs if necessary.

Support Tickets

The Support Tickets section provides access to tickets, the knowledgebase, network status, and the option to open a new ticket.

Step 6: Utilizing the “Affiliates” Section
The Affiliates section allows you to track your referral network and affiliate marketing stats. Here, you can get your custom referral link, monitor clicks, signups, conversion rates, and check your available commission balance.

Available Commissions Balance: Displays your current withdrawable commission balance.

Clicks / Signups / Conversions: Shows performance metrics for your referral links.

Your Unique Referral Link: Your personal referral link.

Request Withdrawal: Request a payout once you reach the minimum threshold.

Link to Us: Provides promotional materials such as ready-to-use marketing banners.

Affliate Section

The Affiliates section enables you to manage referral links, track performance, and use pre-made promotional banners.

Step 7: Using the “Whois Domain” Tool
Through the Whois Domain section, you can search for any domain name and instantly inspect its WHOIS data. Simply type the domain name into the search box and click Lookup to display the results.

This tool is commonly used to verify domain ownership information or check its current status before deciding to register or transfer it.

Whois Domain

The Whois Domain Lookup tool allows quick domain data inspection right from your client panel.

Step 8: Using the “SSL Checker” Tool

To check the status of an SSL/TLS certificate for any domain, use the SSL Checker tool. Enter the domain name and click Lookup to review the certificate’s validity and associated details.

This tool helps ensure that an SSL certificate is properly installed and active.

SSL Certificate Checker

The SSL Certificate Checker tool helps you analyze the status of an SSL certificate for any domain.

Important Notes

  • Review your client panel regularly to monitor renewals, notifications, and unpaid invoices.

  • When ordering a new service via My Services, select the proper category first, then choose the appropriate plan before completing the order steps as detailed in the “How to Order a New Hosting Service” guide.

  • Never share your login credentials or payment details with untrusted parties.

  • If you encounter an issue and cannot find a solution, use the Support Tickets section to submit a request.

Still Need Help?

If you encounter any issues while using the client panel, refer to the Knowledgebase or open a ticket under Support Tickets. You can also use the live chat widget on the website when available.
