You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We provide backup services for certain products; details and restoration policies are subject to the specific product terms.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Quality Group LTD, its directors, and employees against losses arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms, laws, or the infringement of third-party rights.
9. Fees and Payments
a) All prescribed fees must be paid on time. Billing details, auto-renewal policies, and cancellations are mentioned on the product page and within your account.
b) Prices are subject to change for new buyers; for your active plans, the agreed-upon rate will apply until the renewal date unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Refund Policy
If a refund policy exists for a specific product, it will be clearly stated on the product page. Eligible products typically have a trial/refund period not exceeding 30 days unless stated otherwise.
11. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend an account or services in the event of a material breach, misuse, or a request from law enforcement. We will endeavor to notify you and provide an opportunity to respond whenever possible and reasonable, except in cases of emergency, fraud, or security threats where we may act immediately.
12. Limitation of Liability
Except for what may not be excluded by law (such as liability for death or personal injury resulting from our gross negligence or fraud), our liability for any claims related to the services is limited to a total amount equal to the sum of actual payments you made to us during the twelve (12) months preceding a specific claim. 16. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

18. Entire Agreement
This document and all policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements.
